I love how the Savior uses the term “my peace.”
The peace Jesus Christ offers you and me is completely unique to Him. It can’t be found from other sources. Whatever the distress, the anguish, the hurt, the sin… He offers refuge from them all in a way that is indescribable unless you have experienced it.
Just as He calmed the Galilean storm with this one simple word, Jesus alone has power to calm all the raging storms inside of us.
There is no substitute for His Peace.
