The GREATEST POWER in the UNIVERSE!

Did you know that everything in this universe was/is created and governed by…PRIESTHOOD POWER! Sometimes I don’t think we comprehend the magnitude of it all…the scope and breadth of what priesthood power does. And what’s even more amazing is that Heavenly Father allows US to hold this power and share in its innate blessings. He is willing to offer US “all that (He) hath” – when we are ready for it, of course. It’s all part of the Oath and Covenant of the Priesthood. Pretty awesome when you really think about it! I hope this D&C 84 episode helps you and your littles appreciate that power a little more AND increase your desire to SHARE about this power with others not of our faith. Let’s let them in on this epic “secret”!

AND…for a BONUS VID…verses 109-110 refer to a great analogy originally given by the Apostle Paul in the New Testament…all about body parts and how everyone (every part) is needed to make the WHOLE complete! To MINISTER…or NOT to MINISTER

The Doctrine & Covenants continues with some great insights into ministering…as shown by Brother Joseph. Joseph had this amazing ability to go the extra mile in his service to God and others…AND to see the best in everyone, including his enemies. This week, prepare to be inspired in YOUR ministering efforts as we learn about some neat stories & power principles on this subject.

And, in our BONUS EPISODE…We’re gonna focus entirely on one verse in section 82. It’s a verse that has been misunderstood ever since it was first received form the Lord and needs to be clarified. And MOUSEY is gonna help us do it! Yea! This Bonus episode is a hopeful one, be sure to check it out!

“I will lead you along”

Do you ever look at your kids and think, “Wow – they are destined for greatness”! They may be little children now, but you see their potential, their talents, their capabilities… all in budding form. And especially as their parent, you see and love them in a way no one else does. I think what we feel as earthly parents is just a tiny glimpse of how our HEAVENLY parents must see us! We can’t fathom the “great blessings” in store for US – but God and Christ will “lead (us) along” every step of the way, until those blessings are realized. That’s their purpose! It’s awesome to think about! And these few, short sections this week give us a great sense of these truths. Enjoy this episode with your kids!

The VISION… it’s BIG

Its referred to as…The VISION. This D&C 76 revelation changed everything regarding what to expect in the next life – what “kingdoms of glory” await ALL of God’s children – and in the process, blowing the notion of just “Heaven or Hell” completely out of the water. When you think about it, it just makes so much sense. A loving merciful Father would reward his children according to their desires and level of “light”. Now, we’ve all done the cutoutslesson thing (Celestial, Terrestrial, Telestial Kingdoms)… but I hope this episode goes a little deeper than that, helping your family get excited about what awaits THEM as they (as President Nelson puts it) “think Celestial”! Enjoy- and be sure to watch til the end where I show a special music montage I came up with to one of my favorite Christian songs.

Anti-Mormon junk … Ugh

Congrats, Ezra Booth! You may not be the very FIRST person in history to publish ANTI-MORMON material against the Lord’s Church, but you’re the first one mentioned in the Doctrine & Covenants! Good on ya…NOT! :( Friends, this episode is geared more towards all you TEENS & ADULTS (but kids, you can certainly watch and enjoy!). We live in an internet world, saturated with lies and misinformation about the Lord’s glorious restored church. Satan is doing his darndest to steer people away from it’s light! So, we have to be prepared! I hope this episode helps when we are confronted with such things…in our efforts to keep ourselves (and loved ones) firm in the faith.

AND… I have a “Rilly” fun BONUS EPISODE this week all about the consequences/dangers of being IDLE (as the Lord mentions like 5 times in this part of the Doctrine & Covenants). Its such an important concept for ALL of us (ALL ages) to keep fresh in our minds: Time can’t be “got back”… once it’s gone, it’s gone… so what are we doing with our time? Powerful Principles in this one, with a FUN MUSICAL GUEST HAND PUPPET! It’s a must watch!
